Email support@randwod.com — a human reads it. Include your iOS/watchOS version and, for sync issues, whether phone and watch were both running the app at the time. Screenshots help.

02 · Common questions

• A workout didn't sync from my watch. Logs save on-device first and upload when a connection returns — check the app again after a minute on network. If it still isn't there, email us; nothing is lost.
• Heart rate isn't showing. The watch needs HealthKit permission: iPhone → Health → Sharing → Apps → RandWOD.
• How do I delete my account and data? In the app, or email us — see the privacy policy §07 for exactly what gets deleted.
